Remedies:
- Take rest in a dry and air-conditioned or cool place.

Sun Burn: If anyone

Heat Cramps: This

has any heart related problem or symptoms persist to more than 1 hour.

- Stop all kinds of physical activities.

Heat Exhaustion: In
this case, body exposes outside during long time in high temperatures which leads
to sweat a lot and makes the body dehydrate. Other common symptoms are
tiredness, headache, dizziness, anxiety, nausea, vomiting, serious muscle
cramps, fainting, skin becomes pale in appearance, pulse showing very fast but weak
etc.
Remedies:
- Transfer to a cool place firstly.
- Take off all clothes and wear the wet clothes instantly. If possible, take a cool bath.
- Try to drink a small sip of water.
- If symptoms get worsen, immediately get ambulatory support or medical help.
Heat Stroke: This
is the most serious heat-related problems among all others as this problem can
be deadly. The normal heat stroke symptoms are hot, dry and red skin with high body
temperature (103 ֯ F
or above), tiredness, headache, dizziness, not sweating at all due to the heavy
dehydration, unconsciousness, fast and Strong pulse, perplex feelings,
lethargy, rhabdomyolysis, stupor, seizures, death etc.
Remedies:
· Call to the emergency medical number initially.
· Transfer to a cool place.
· Keep the feet in upright position.
· Take off all clothes and wear the wet or cool clothes instantly. If possible, take a cool bath.
· Bear in mind, do not try to drink anything to the patient except patient consciousness and eagerness.
What should everyone do to
avoid heat-related problems?
- To avoid over-heating during summer time, the following measures are very helpful:
- Make a habit to drink water as well as product preserving inside the body essentials electrolytes frequently (Every 15 to 20 minutes).
- Try to avoid the high-sugar containing beverages.
- Leave to drink alcohol, caffeine or hot cuisines.
- Wear light-colored comfortable clothes.
- Apply SPF containing sun cream or lotion before going outside at day time.
- Wear Sun glasses and hat, if possible, use an umbrella.
- Avoid to do exercise or any unnecessary task during hot weather.
- Take sufficient rest in cool or air-conditioned place when outside temperature and relative humidity is high.
