 Like other organs, eyes are also the vital part of human life. Despite of having tiny size of eyes, it is made up of some parts – Retina, Cornea, Iris, Pupil, Lens, Sclera, Aqueous Humor, Optic nerve, Vitreous Humor. Every part has its specific uses and one is solely connected to other parts. However, this organ may have numerous disorders. Among them, some are happened by genetical or inherited factors (For examples, Strabismus, congenital glaucoma, muscular degeneration), others are age-related problems (AMD), few diseases (mostly diabetes), environments, unhealthy lifestyles and so on.

One of the greatest disabilities around the world children’s is blindness which commonly observed at the early age, even during neonate or may come any age among the offspring. Though, some diseases contribute to loss the vision after certain ages, but people after 60 years of age is gradually decreased the power of eyes due to age related muscular degeneration.
Even if, some problems may appear suddenly such as conjunctivitis, some may be unnoticeable and cause serious harm on clear vision.

Amblyopia (Lazy Eye) – When one’s brain and eyes contact are functioned inappropriately to focus on an item, this is denoted as Amblyopia (Lazy Eye).

Presbyopia – It is lens related problem inside the eyes which causes obscure to see the adjacent objects or tiny something.

Myopia(nearsightedness) – It’s a refractive eye problem to see the close object clearly which may correct by using the eyeglasses or surgery.

Hyperopia(farsightedness) - It’s a refractive eye problem to see the long-distance object clearly which may correct by using the eyeglasses or surgery.

Astigmatism – Vision related any short or long-distance problem is called astigmatism.

Diabetes-Related Retinopathy – This happens due to the damage of retinal blood vessel during long time by the noncontrolled high glucose in the blood.

Floaters – Some small spots or specks that can show as a floating substance in the vision part of our eyes, known as floaters.

Doing regular eyes check up is good to avoid the eye related problems as some problems may appear without showing any early symptoms. To increase the sharpness of eyes, individual must have to change the food habits and lifestyles such as eat more vegetables and fresh fruits, do a little bit of exercise regularly, sleep at least 7 hours daily, reduce to browse smartphone during long time at night after turning off the room light.
